A high-flying association with this new trio bringing together three major figures of French jazz. The ardor and lyricism of Michel Pastre, the pulse and colors of Guillaume Nouaux, the balance and subtlety of Louis Mazetier. If these three have decided to come together in a joint project, it is because they have long appreciated each other and share a common musical language. Around a selected repertoire ranging from Louis Armstrong to Django Reinhardt, through Fats Waller, Lester Young, Chick Webb, Billie Holiday, or even Gene Krupa, they revisit in their own way and without complexes the flagship themes they love. In exchanges full of surprises, emotion and swing, they thus pay tribute to the giants and creators of this music.
